Indianapolis Children's Museum

For Logan's birthday we decided we would do something fun as a family rather than have a party. Might me one of the few times we can get away with not having one, so we took the opportunity. Tyler has been begging for ages to go to the Indianapolis Children's Museum. Thankfully, Travis has Wednesdays off and for a little bit longer we can utilize this day rather than a weekend day. The museum was fairly empty and the kids could do whatever they wanted. Courtney, Claire and Sophia were also able to join us for a fun day. It was wonderful to see them and spend time together.

WOW! Bumblebee was at the Children's Museum too!
The clock tower! This is what I remember as a kid and going here. We would watch it when we came on school trips.
The Mr. Potato Head exhibit was new this month
Logan building his super cool spud.
The reason we had to come! REAL DINOSAUR BONES!! Very exciting stuff for a four year old.
The kids listening to museum guide talk about the bones. Poor Claire had some chick hovering over her and totally in her bubble. Courtney's sister said it was like we were at Disney World!
 Little Paleontologist
 That's a big T-Rex head! YIKES!

TRAINS! I forgot about the trains, and Logan was thrilled. He loves Choo-Choo's right now. Can you see Tyler? Its kind of like Where's Waldo?
How many kids can fit in an Indy Car? After seeing one at Super Bowl City, Tyler was thrilled that he was able to actually touch one much less get to sit in it.
Water!! Need I say more? Seriously, I think the kids could have stayed here all day. Maybe we should get them a feed trough to play with this summer?
 My little diggers
Sand table. Why is this so much fun here but practically ignored at home?
 Nile and the Crocidile
 Carousel
Guess I was caught being a little (okay a lot) silly
Playhouse the kids loved. Maybe this is what we can get Papa and Travis to build? It was awesome.
